Positive: Tifo Negative: Nada

Negative: Wir haben schwarze.Schimmelflecken in den Räumen an verschiedensten Stellen., insbesondere im Schlafzimmer vorgefunden. Die Luft war entsprechend stickig und es roch modrig. Wir haben uns beim Vermieter und bei Booking beschwert, Booking hat dankenswerterweise dafür gesorgt, dass wir unser Geld zurück erhalten haben. Leider ist es nicht möglich, Fotos von dem Befall ihr in die Kommentare hier hochzuladen. Alle vier Reisende aus unserer Gruppe. empfanden den Zustand als unzumutbar. Besonders negativ: Der Vermieter hat behauptet es fehlt einfach ein wenig Farbe, das sind nur optische Mängel, von denen keine Gesundheitsgefahr ausgeht. Es muss jeder selber entscheiden, ob er sich diesem Risiko aussetzen möchte. Zudem wurde trotz unserer sofortigen Abreise, der Kautionsbetrag von zweihundert Euro auf meiner Kreditkarte reserviert. Dieses war das mit Abstand negativste Erlebnis, bei Anmietung einer Ferienwohnung.

Positive: The location was good - in the lower part of Albacin, not too far from the city centre. The parking was convenient (500 m from the property the host wrote). Negative: The bed was uncomfortable. The second bedroom did not have windows. The terrace was not cleaned and we could not use it. The accommodation is dated (damage on the walls from water I guess, some doors could not be closed, there was a leak I the toilette on the ground floor). I was asked to pay a deposit of 200 euros another platform adding my credit card (confirmed by booking, but still an inconvenience). To be fair, the deposit was quickly released after we left.

Positive: La localización era inmejorable, las instalaciones bastante buenas, y muy buen trato de parte de los responsables de esta. Negative: No destacaría nada en negativo.
